Job description

Under the direct supervision of the CFO, this position is responsible for helping maintain the Company’s Internal Controls through inventory management and cycle counts, periodic reconciliations and financial reporting.

Essential functions and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains Inventory accuracy in production areas and conducts cycle counts in support of this

  • Performs quarterly sample counts on Raw Material & Work in Progress

  • Conducts manufacturing time studies for cost accounting of Inventory

  • Manages Inventory adjustments for scrap

  • Performs monthly reconciliations on GL accounts

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on operation’s performance

  • Performs other related duties as requested or required.

Job requirements

Required Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to cooperate and communicate with a diverse group of internal and external customers

  • Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in business administration, supply chain management, economics, or related field.
